Our Delivery Area 

Our standard delivery area encompasses all of mainland England, Scotland and Wales. 

UPDATE

We currently are not shipping to other destinations like Southern Ireland, Europe and worldwide.

Delivery Area covered is England, Wales and Scotland only. (Highlands and islands are excluded from our delivery area)
 

Damage Claims Policy

All delivered items must be checked upon delivery and damages must be reported within 24 hrs. Damages after this time cannot be accepted.

Please make sure that an adult is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. If you are not going to be in on the day of delivery, notes can be added at the checkout process for it to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour at your discretion.

Deliveries are made by courier Monday to Friday. Parcels can be sent to your place of work if no one will be at home.

Several attempts will be made to deliver the parcel. If no contact has been made the parcel will be returned to Paul Cox Sculpture. A re-delivery fee of £10 will be charged in order to have your order sent again.

Returns Policy
You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are parcel length based. Our standard parcels are 120cm long all of the products available on this site are designed to fit in this size. If they are longer that this they will arrive in two parts that screw together.
